Wickon Hightech is a provider of optical inspection and optical metrology with its own optical design. In the past few years we have developed the skills to completely design optical systems ourselves. This enables us to react to almost all customer requests and to develop a system with the customer, a technology that reflects the process requirements.

We are also ready to develop a completely new system for the customer, for this we use, if possible, existing modules and solutions from our standard systems, which are already in use by our customers in many cases.

If we are talking about our own optical components, then these can be very simple focusing lenses, but also high-resolution lenses for very large camera sensors or our solution for 3D inspection.

We have developed an objective (lens) that is color corrected over the wave range of 460nm – 670nm. The lens called “EtVisibilis 2.8” has a magnification of 2.8 and can work with a camera sensor with a width of 57.35mm. The EtVisibilis is also equipped with a coaxial light so that in-axis lighting is also possible. Other lenses that come from our development are available to us and if a customer task requires it and there is no adequate lens to buy on the market, we also develop other systems.
