WiCKON Hightech’s innovative PerSpectrial laboratory system closes the gap between research and production. PerSpectrial is the 3D AOI inspection system for the laboratory that transfers inspection recipes to production without translation losses. Use PerSpectrial, you can develop, test and validate inspection strategies in the laboratory – and transfer them 1:1 to inline systems. PerSpectrial combines the previously separate elements of high-precision, but slow laboratory analyses and fast inline inspections – into a single system.
