Data erasure and storage duration

When you contact us (e.g. by contact form, email, telephone or via social media), your details will be processed to deal with the contact request and its handling in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measure).

We delete the requests if they are no longer required and review the necessity of their retention every two years. In addition, the statutory archiving obligations apply.

Protocol data

The provider of the Internet services (provider) automatically collects “log data” in server log files.

The log data contains the following information:

Logging is used to control access and to monitor and optimize technical processes. In addition, this data is used to review processing procedures under data protection law in accordance with Section 76 BDSG.

It will not be passed on to third parties, except to law enforcement authorities by court order in individual cases.

The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected or the legally prescribed storage period has expired.
